Millennials are the nut everyone is trying to crack now. This article by John McManus of Builder Magazine is probably the most exhaustive in research I have seen as of late. However, it seems that all Housing Industry related articles tend to miss out on how to take care of these customers once they have been convinced to buy or lease. I can state from personal experience that these young savvy people are not the type you want to underestimate when it comes to Warranty & Service. The Industry needs to spend some time looking at their customer service programs (more pointedly their service operations) if they want to keep this cohort of customers satisfied and giving referrals.
